The Appointed Times are meant for anyone who claims the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as their Almighty GOD. The Appointed Times were for Rahab (Canaanite), Ruth (Moabite), and Bathsheba (Hittite).
They were for Moses's father-in-law Jethro (Midianite) and his family, Bathsheba's first husband Uriah (Hittite), the commander loyal to King David named Ittai (Gittite), and even Cornelius the Centurion (Roman).
Exodus 23:9
"And do not oppress a sojourner, as you yourselves know the heart of a sojourner, because you were sojourners in the land of Egypt."
And the Appointed Times are for those who desire to no longer remain as wild olive branches, but desire to be grafted into the inheritance we have in Messiah Yeshua (Jesus Christ).
Romans 11:17
And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, have been grafted in among them, and came to share the root and fatness of the olive tree...
