Exodus 23:16
And the festival of the Harvest, the first-fruits of your labors which you have sown in the field; and the Festival of the Ingathering at the outgoing of the year, when you have gathered in the fruit of your labors from the field.
Leviticus 23:34
"Speak to the children of Israel saying, 'On the fifteenth day of this seventh new moon is the Festival of Sukkot for seven days to Adonai. On the eighth day is a set-apart gathering for you, and you shall bring an offering made by fire to Adonai. It is a closing festival, you do no servile work.
These are the appointed times of Adonai which you proclaim as set-apart gatherings, to bring an offering made by fire to Adonai, an ascending offering and a grain offering, a slaughtering and drink offerings, as commanded for every day-besides the Sabbaths of Adonai, and besides your gifts, and besides all your vows, and besides all your voluntary offerings which you give to Adonai. On the fifteenth day of the seventh new moon, when you gather in the fruit of the land, celebrate the festival of Adonai for seven days.
On the first day is a rest, and on the eighth day a rest. And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of good trees, branches of palm trees, twigs of leafy trees, and willows of the stream, and shall rejoice before Adonai your Elohim for seven days.
And you shall celebrate it as a festival to Adonai for seven days in the year-a law forever in your generations. Celebrate it in the seventh new moon. Dwell in booths for seven days; all who are native born in Israel dwell in booths, so that your generations know that I made the children of Israel dwell in booths when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am Adonai your Elohim (GOD).'"
Thus did Moses speak of the appointed times of Adonai to the children of Israel.

Zechariah 14:16-20 (Prophetic-Sukkot celebrated in Millenium)
And it shall be that all who are left from all the nations which came up against Jerusalem, shall go up from year to year to bow themselves to the Sovereign, Adonai of hosts, and to celebrate the Festival of Sukkot.
And it shall be, that if anyone of the clans of the earth does not come up to Jerusalem to bow himself to the Sovereign, Adonai of hosts, on them there is to be no rain. And if the clan of Egypt does not come up and enter in, then there is no rain. On them is the plague with which Adonai plagues the nations who do not come up to celebrate the Festival of Sukkot.
This is the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not come up to celebrate the Festival of Sukkot. In that day, "SET APART TO ADONAI" shall be engraved on the bells of the horses. And the pots in the House of Adonai shall be like the bowls before the slaughter-place.
